Sometimes you can. If you'd like your animal to be a specific gender and the listed animal does not specify the gender, please contact us to ask. Please note that if you require an animal to be sexed there will be a fee. The fee is based on the animal and the process of sexing it. The sexing of the animal is at our discretion. Not all animals can be sexed. A gender upcharge fee may apply to certain species depending on the availability of that gender. Gender upcharge fees are at our discretion.

On the listing page of the animal it will let you know if the pictured animal is the exact animal being sold. It is a good assumption that if nothing is indicated then it is not the exact animal being sold and is instead a picture of an animal we’ve had at one point in the past.

We ship across Canada.

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Sometimes we ship on Wednesdays depending on the destination.
